Trade In Services and Policy

At Rickie Games we value transparency and trust in our trade-in transactions!

Below we detail our policy:

Product testing:

For consoles, games or other items that need to be tested, we offer a review process of up to 24 hours.


50% of the estimated value will be given in advance at the time of product delivery.
Test results:

If, after testing, the item works correctly, the remaining 50% of the initial estimate will be delivered.


If the item does not perform as expected, a new estimate will be offered based on the actual condition of the product.


Customer response time:

Once informed of the new estimate, the customer will have 24 hours to respond or collect the item if they do not agree with the new estimate.
If the customer decides to pick up the item, they will have a period of 10 days to do so at our office. We also offer the option to mail the item if the customer covers the cost of the corresponding stamp.


Talks:

Once a new estimate is issued after testing and the 24-hour response period has expired, there will be no room for renegotiations. This procedure ensures efficient and fair handling of items.
