Garfield's Nightmare for Nintendo DS is a 3D platformer where Garfield must navigate through a series of dream worlds to escape his nightmare. After eating a massive meal, Garfield falls asleep and finds himself in a haunted castle. He needs to collect pieces of his broken alarm clock to wake up, facing challenges and bosses in four themed worlds: Haunted Castle, Cloudy Realm, Lava World, and Winter Wonderland. The game features hidden touch screen minigames and requires Garfield to maintain his energy level by collecting food like donuts and lasagna.
