At RickieGames, we want every gamer to feel good about their purchase. That’s why we aim to be transparent about product conditions and fair with our return process.

✅ Holiday Clearance Sale Return Policy!

 All sales are final. Returns or exchanges are only accepted for defective items. To request a return regarding a defective item, please contact us!

  • Evidence of defect is required in order to process this type of return!

✅ Return Window

Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery. To be eligible:

  • The item must be in the same condition you received it.

  • Include original packaging, manuals, and any included accessories.

  • You’ll need the order number or receipt for processing.

  • Evidence of defect or error will be needed in order to validate a return

Refunds for buyer’s remorse may be considered at the sole discretion of the owner and are typically approved only under specific circumstances.

All our product pages include a Condition Rating Guide that explains what each option means (e.g., Acceptable, Good, Like New). We encourage customers to review this guide carefully before purchasing.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges due to mistakes in selecting a product’s condition.
For example: If you accidentally choose "Acceptable" instead of "New," we cannot offer a refund or exchange due to this mistake.

💰 Refunds & Deductions

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method or as store credit (your choice).

  • If we provide a return shipping label, the cost of that label will be deducted from your refund total.

    • Example: You return a $20 game and the shipping label cost us $5 — you’ll receive a $15 refund.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Digital products or codes (once redeemed)
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance items marked final sale
  • Items damaged due to misuse
Unfortunately, we can't offer refunds for new items that were opened or unsealed after purchase. 

How To Request a Return:

STEP 1: Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return. Please provide the following information:

  • What is the reason for the return?
  • Would you like store credit, exchange, a partial or full refund?

STEP 2: Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email.

STEP 3: Send all items back to us using the label provided.

What's Next?

Once our team has received the item(s), we'll evaluate the conditions of the returned products and notify you via email whether the return request has been approved or not. If a refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If an exchange or store credit has been approved, you will be notified and directed to make a separate purchase for the item you'd like to exchange the return item(s) for.

What Else Should I Know?

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right! :) 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns if an item reads as Delivered through the postal service tracking information. If you believe your item was delivered but somehow lost or misplaced, we highly recommend speaking with a postal service employee, as well as with your neighbors for more information on its whereabouts.

Additionally, if you've input the incorrect address and it has been returned to sender we will gladly send it back to you with the correct information. Please note that sending the product again will require an additional shipping fee of $4.68 or $10 for packages over 1lb.  

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
