Here's a breakdown of everything you need to know about our shipping policy:

  • All orders are processed on the same business day (excluding weekends and holidays). The daily cutoff time is 12pm EST. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped. 
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.
  • If you're from Puerto Rico, we highly recommend you double check/verify your address prior to placing your order, as a mistake could lead to shipping delays or returns to address. 
  • In case of postal service problems that are outside of our control, we ask for a 30 day window since the order was shipped (60 day window for International orders) to investigate the shipment and see what we can do on our end to ensure your package is delivered. After this period, should the package be lost, we will quickly ensure a full refund is given to you.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns if an item reads as Delivered through the postal service tracking information. If you believe your item was delivered but somehow lost or misplaced, we highly recommend speaking with a postal service employee, as well as with your neighbors for more information on its whereabouts.

Local Pickup:

IMPORTANT! Local pickup allows up to 10 days to come by our offices and pick up your item(s)! After which, if you or someone authorized by you hasn't come to pick up the articles, we will cancel the order and put the item(s) back in stock in our store. No refunds can be offered for orders that have passed the 10 day pickup window. 

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at the address provided at checkout. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 hours of placing your order.

We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days (40 business days for international orders) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@rickiegames.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

FedEx and UPS do not mail to P.O. Boxes.

Please keep in mind that if you wish to ship with FedEx you must either provide a physical address or send us an a note through checkout or an email at info@rickiegames.com requesting it be sent to a Walgreens address or FedEx shipment center near you.

If you wish to ship with UPS please provide a physical address or UPS shipment center near you.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at  info@rickiegames.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

International Shipping

Currently, we offer shipping to all countries. Please notify us of the shipping rates within your country via email at info@rickiegames.com

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. RickieGames is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Additionally, if your package is delayed for more than 60 days, please notify us at info@rickiegames.com - We'll make sure to claim the insurance on your package and send you a refund as soon as the insurance has been processed. This process may take 1-2 weeks, so please be patient with us!
